Global Empowerment Mission Europe is a not-for-profit organisation that brings rapid, effective and respectful humanitarian aid to crises in Europe and beyond. It was established as part of the Global Empowerment Mission network to increase the speed and effectiveness of relief efforts, reaching communities in urgent need of support.
Since its inception, GEM Europe has developed into a comprehensive organisation that helps in the face of natural disasters, humanitarian emergencies and social crises - wherever help is needed.

Located in central Poland, GEM Europe's 2 100 m² warehouse has the capacity to store 1 400 pallets of humanitarian aid. This allows us to respond within hours and deliver the most necessary support - including food, water, clothing and daily necessities - to affected communities, including in hard-to-reach areas.

As part of the Global Empowerment Mission network, which has already responded to crises in 73 countries on almost every continent, we draw on a wealth of international experience and proven operating models. This enables us to respond quickly, act effectively and adapt to changing needs. It also strengthens our ability to deliver targeted and effective assistance, based on both local realities and global best practice.
In addition to the immediate crisis response, we also implement long-term community support projects to improve the quality of life for those affected by poverty, displacement or social exclusion. We help families regain stability, provide access to basic resources and bring hope and relief during difficult times. Our actions are designed to restore dignity and strengthen resilience.
At the heart of our work is the belief that no one should face a crisis or difficulty alone. We don't limit ourselves to providing material aid - we restore hope, foster a sense of dignity and stand shoulder to shoulder with people in their most difficult moments. We want to be more than a crisis response team - we aim to be a symbol of compassion, resilience and solidarity.
Our mission is to deliver aid effectively, quickly and responsibly - supporting vulnerable people and empowering local communities to rebuild and recover with dignity.

We operate on the basis of our statutes and Polish law, carrying out rescue, educational, integration and support activities for people in difficult life situations.
